Lawful operation depends on holding the licences and authorisations required by the competent authority. Loto Lumière inc. holds permit RACJ-2025-Q-3046 issued by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec and is certified under the World Lottery Association Responsible Gaming Framework (WLA-RG-L4-2025). 3. Age and province eligibility

Participation is restricted to adults who have reached the legal age required in their province of residence and who are physically located within a jurisdiction where we are permitted to offer our services. We verify identity and age at registration and may request additional documentation at any time; accounts that cannot be verified are not permitted to play.

Play is restricted to persons aged 18 or older who are physically located in the province of Québec, in accordance with applicable law and our licence conditions.

4. Player protection obligations
