Each game offered by Acme Lotto is governed by its own set of rules, which set out how numbers are selected, how winning combinations are determined, the cost of a single play and the available prize categories. The applicable rules for games such as Jackpot Max, Classic 6/49, Grand Fortune, Lucky 7 and Mini Lotto are published on the corresponding game page and form part of these Specific Conditions.
Where a conflict arises between the general Terms and Conditions and the rules of a particular game, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to that game. The most recent version of each rule set, together with its effective date, is the version that applies to any play submitted while that version is in force.
2.Draws and schedules
Draws are conducted by the licensed and certified platform according to the schedule published for each game. Draw times, the closing time for entries and the frequency of draws are listed on the relevant game page and may vary between games such as Lucky Stars, Gold Rush and Instant Spark. Entries received after the published closing time for a given draw are carried to the next eligible draw for that game.
Draw results are recorded by the operator and made available after each draw has been completed and validated. In the event of a technical interruption, a draw may be postponed and rescheduled; affected entries remain valid and are processed once the draw is held.
3.Ticket purchase
A ticket is confirmed only once payment has been accepted and the entry has been registered by the platform. The price of each play, the number of selections permitted and any limits on the number of entries are shown before purchase is finalised. You are responsible for verifying that the numbers, draw date and number of plays displayed at confirmation match your intended selection.
A registered ticket is stored within your account history, where you can review your selections and the draws to which they apply. Acme Lotto does not accept entries that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, an incomplete selection or a closed draw.
4.Prize tiers
Each game defines several prize tiers, each corresponding to a specific match of drawn numbers or game outcome. The amount allocated to each tier, and whether a tier offers a fixed prize or a share of a prize pool, is set out in the rules of the relevant game and on its prize structure page. Where a top prize is shared among multiple winning entries, it is divided equally among those entries in accordance with the published rules.
Prizes are paid in Canadian dollars. The value of a prize, any applicable rounding and the treatment of unclaimed amounts are determined by the official rules for the game concerned.
5.Quick Pick
Quick Pick allows the platform to select numbers on your behalf using a certified random number generator, rather than choosing them yourself. A Quick Pick selection has exactly the same standing as a manually chosen selection and is subject to the same rules, closing times and prize tiers for the game played.
Once a Quick Pick entry is confirmed, the generated numbers are fixed for the draw to which the entry applies and are recorded in your account history.
6.Claiming prizes
Prizes are credited or paid in accordance with the rules of the relevant game once a draw has been completed and validated. Lower-tier prizes are generally applied to your account balance automatically, while higher-tier prizes may require identity verification before payment is released, in line with regulatory requirements.
Each prize is subject to a claim period set out in the applicable game rules, after which an unclaimed prize is handled in accordance with those rules and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account details current so that any prize can be processed without delay.
7.Cancellations
A confirmed entry generally cannot be cancelled once the draw to which it applies has closed. Where a game's rules permit cancellation, the conditions, time window and any applicable procedure are set out in those rules and the corresponding amount is returned to your account balance.
If a draw is cancelled, voided or cannot be held, affected entries are handled in accordance with the rules of the game concerned, which may provide for the entry to be carried to a subsequent draw or for the amount paid to be returned to your account.
